Born From a Passion for Perfection
Pinnacle Event Co began before it had an actual name, because planning celebrations has always been a part of my life. Long before it became a business, I was the one organizing my own events — obsessing over the details, creating experiences that felt intentional, and making sure every moment reflected the people at the center of it.
Over time, friends and family began asking for help with their events, and I realized something important: not everyone enjoys planning, but everyone deserves a beautifully executed celebration. I saw how stressful the process could be for others, and how naturally it came to me.
Pinnacle Events was born from that gap — the need for someone who could step in, bring clarity, creativity, and calm, and turn ideas into experiences. What started as a personal passion grew into a purpose: helping people celebrate life’s moments without the overwhelm. Helping clients throughout Virginia and North Carolina.
